Ingredients: Sugar, Carrageenan, Konjac Powder, Fruit Flavouring, Malic Acid, Permitted Food Colouring.
Method:
1. Pour 1 pack of HG Konnyaku Jelly Powder into a pot.
2. Add 1250ml of plain water into the pot.

Pour grass jelly powder into a bowl. Add 250 ml of water and mix thoroughly till it becomes a paste. Pour the rest of water 750 ml in a pot and boil. Turn to small flame, add grass jelly paste and mix till a smooth texture is obtained. Turn off the flame and pour into moulds.
