Pour grass jelly powder into a bowl. Add 250 ml of water and mix thoroughly till it becomes a paste. Pour the rest of water 750 ml in a pot and boil. Turn to small flame, add grass jelly paste and mix till a smooth texture is obtained. Turn off the flame and pour into moulds.NB: Guiling Grass Jelly must be stirred continuously while boiling to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pot.
After it’s cooled, add honey, canned fruits, red bean, soya milk etc according to own preference.

将仙草粉倒入碗中。加入 250 毫升水并充分混合，直至变成糊状。将剩余的 750 毫升水倒入锅中并煮沸。转小火，加入仙草膏，搅拌至质地光滑。关火倒入模具中。注意：龟苓膏一定要边煮边不断搅拌，以免粘锅底。
待凉后，依个人喜好加入蜂蜜、水果罐头、红豆、豆浆等。
