Delivery Information

Bakerchoiz Sdn Bhd shall use reasonable endeavours to deliver Products of acceptable quality to the delivery address specified and keyed in by the Customer but Bakerchoiz Sdn Bhd cannot guarantee any firm delivery time and Bakerchoiz Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any delay in its delivery services, if the delay has been due to causes beyond the control of Bakerchoiz Sdn Bhd.

Your Order will be delivered to you via:
A. GrabExpress, provides same-day delivery services(IPOH ONLY).

All GrabExpress orders placed available on Monday to Saturday (Closed on Sunday). We cannot guarantee the exact time orders are delivered. Customer need to book GrabExpress by self, we only pack up and pass to Grab driver. (after booking customer need message to our customer service the GrabExpress code.)

No delivery services shall be available on Sunday & public holidays.

Alternatively, Customer can choose to Pick Up their purchases themselves at the following location:

Bakerchoiz Sdn. Bhd.
No 1, Lebuh Bercham Selatan 2/8, Kawasan Perindustrian Bercham, 31400 Ipoh.
Perak 31400 Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia (Monday to Saturday: 9am to 6pm).

B. Other logistic and shipping service company or,

Shipping Fee:

For Perak State:

-Within 3kg, flat rate at RM 7.50
-After 3kg, add on RM 1/kg

For other states in Peninsular Malaysia:
-Within 3kg, flat rate at RM 7.50
-After 3kg, add on RM 2.20/kg

We ship to all Malaysian states. For order placed before 10 AM, please allow three (3) to five (5) working days for Peninsular Malaysia and seven (7) to fourteen (14) working days for East Malaysia for processing from date of Bakerchoiz Sdn Bhd confirmation of acceptance of an Order within the aforesaid areas unless otherwise notified by Bakerchoiz Sdn Bhd. Please note that we will not accept delivery to a P.O. Box address and it might not be possible for delivery to some locations within the aforesaid areas in certain circumstances. If delivery to some locations is not possible, we may contact you to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

No delivery services shall be available on Sunday & public holidays.

The Customer is to notify Bakerchoiz Sdn Bhd immediately of a change to his delivery address and contact number.

If the Customer is not personally available to accept delivery, a representative may accept delivery on behalf of the Customer provided always that the said representative must be over 18 years of age and capable of receiving the delivery. The Customer or its representative may be required to produce proof of identity on delivery or collection of Products and all deliveries shall be signed off by the Customer or its representative on the delivery invoices.

Bakerchoiz Sdn Bhd reserves the right to withhold delivery of the Products to the Customer if it has any doubts whatsoever as to the Customer's credit worthiness or insufficient identification.
